Our company was established in 2020, with all our Directors having individually recognized skills and experience prior to the formal registration of the business. Senzo Igan Mathebula
Co-Founder
Qualified Diesel Mechanic and co-founder of Intuthuko Phambili Holdings, born and raised in Ekangala, Bronkhorstspruit. A graduate of Ekangala Comprehensive Technical School, he developed a strong passion for mechanical engineering early in life. His career includes experience with leading companies such as Intercape, Pio-Trans, and UD Trucks, where he gained high-level technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Driven by a desire to bring change and create opportunities within his community, Senzo partnered with Philip Sekonya to establish Intuthuko Phambili Holdings as a platform for growth, empowerment, and service excellence. He is also the author of two inspirational books, Hopeless Hope of Heart and Enter~Pre~Near, extending his impact beyond business and into personal development.
Zandile Nyamakazi
Administration
Admin and Reception Officer at IntuthukoPhambili Holdings, where she delivers dependable administrative support and a polished front-desk experience. She is responsible for coordinating client enquiries, managing documentation, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring the seamless flow of day-to-day office operations.
With her warm demeanor, strong organizational skills, and dedication to service excellence, Zandile plays a vital role in maintaining a professional and efficient environment. Her contribution is central to the smooth functioning of the workshop and the positive experience of every client who walks through the door.
Phillip Sekonya
Co-Founder
Co-founder of Intuthuko Phambili Holdings, a dedicated entrepreneur driven by a passion for community growth and excellence in the motor mechanical industry. Born and raised in Ekangala, he built his skills through hands-on experience and strong industry exposure.
Philip plays a key role in operations and client relations, helping the company grow from the ground up while maintaining strong customer trust. Known for his calm leadership and commitment to quality service, he continues to support the company’s vision of becoming an industry leader and creating opportunities for young technicians and engineers.
